Really Interested in AUA - Current Chances

Hello, I'm new to the forum and heard this is the place to be for asking good questions. I have recently just graduated and plan on taking the MCAT next month (September 12th) and really am interested in AUA based off what I know. Once I complete my MCAT (pending my score), I plan on applying to DO/Caribbean schools in Fall/Spring of 2013/14 while also taking some additional science undergraduate classes to boost my GPA and as well as learn some new material (A+P, Biochemistry, Parasitology, et)

I understand that AUA (as well as other Caribbean schools) don't require the MCAT for admission so would it be beneficial to start and submit an application now since I have completed all the required coursework.

Right now this what I currently have:

Inorganic Chemistry 1 - B
Inorganic Chemistry 2 -B
Biology 1 - B
Biology 2 - B+
Organic Chemistry 1 - B-
Organic Chemistry 1 Lab - B-
Organic Chemistry 2 B-
Organic Chemistry 2 Lab B-
General Physics 1 - B
General Physics 1 Lab - B-
General Physics 2 Lab - A-
Registered for General Physics 2 lecture in our Summer Session III (Earlier classes were full)

I have been to 3 schools in the last 5 years so I really am not sure what my cumulative GPA would exactly be, also the added fact i plan on doing some additional science coursework, however:

School 1 for 2 years: 2.3 GPA (49 credits and I was miserable)
School 2 for 1 year (including summer): 3.41 GPA (47 credits)
School 3 for 2 years: 3.4 GPA (77 credits)

Some medical experience and awards throughout the years including:
Dean's list a couple times and inducted into a NHS for my field of study (Health Science)
300+hrs Mental Health Internship (2012)
Volunteer EMS/Firefighting (Since 2011-currently)
Shadowing a DO a couple hours a week until August 31st. (currently)
Starting to gather my letters of recommendation from Professors/Supervisors

Overall, just wondering if I should hold off this application until after the Fall for the Caribbean schools that don't require the MCAT (specifically AUA) or go ahead and start now (earlier the better right?).

Sorry for the in depth post, didn't know what to post and ask lol any feedback would be greatly appreciated :)
